Davida has designed, customized and implemented a variety of database accounting/property management software and, since 1994, has provided these comprehensive services exclusively using MRI Software.
Her expertise extends to designing customized reports and user interfaces, program implementation and enhancements and general operational support for all product modules (such as AP, CM, GL, Job Cost, Budgeting, CRE Manager, etc.) for the Web and Windows. Davida's skills and expertise aid her in tailoring the software to her clients' requirements, and her extensive experience in the real estate industry provides her clients with valuable input and perspective throughout each assignment.
Davida has been performing information systems implementation, financial analysis, computer modeling, report writing and presentation graphics and materials to public and private clients in the real estate industry since 1986. Since 1993, she has specialized in providing comprehensive MIS services to both private and publicly held property management, real estate investment and development firms implementing computer-based accounting, recovery, financial reporting and tenant database systems.
As a consultant, Davida has developed computer models for clients including Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors, Catellus Development Corporation and the City of Rancho Mirage. Her reports, analyses and computer documentation have been used in numerous acquisitions and development negotiations ranging from public/private joint ventures for the City of Oxnard to the selection of a casino operator by the City of New Orleans. She has also prepared the analysis and display materials for expert witness testimony; written and produced workbooks on understanding redevelopment joint ventures and municipal economic impacts of redevelopment; and prepared step-by-step computer documentation for property management accounting and reporting procedures which she also developed. Prior to her consulting assignments, Davida prepared private placement syndication memoranda including due diligence, financial projections, marketing materials and continuing sales support.
Davida holds a B.A. in English from the University of California at Los Angeles and continuing education units in accounting and real estate.
